Karthi - Santhanam comedy unplugged Siruthai

Its wellknow that Young actor Karthi's ‘Siruthai’ the remake of Telugu film ‘Vikramarkudu’.
Karthi and Santhanam team while rolling camera for the comical scenes enjoyed a lot and the laughter in the set was aloud where none of them were unable to control. The team is expecting the similar response from the audience too.

Karthi is pairing up with Tamannah for the second time after the hit movie ‘Paiyaa’.

Karthi adopt a white tiger named Namrata

Upocoming superstar Karthi sivakumar and with Diya(his borther sury's daugher) and a congregate of children from his family had a visit to Arignar Anna Zoological Park in Vandalur. Karthi and his entourage viewed the panorama and the wild life by travelling in a battery operated car.

After the trip he became so excited and assorted to adopt a white tiger named Namrata which is one and a half year old. This primarily means providing expenses on food for the animal. He wrote a cheque amounting 77,000 which would cover towards the feeding for six months.

Karthi said protecting tigers would help entire eco system. He also added that, “awareness has to be created in need to protect the animals and I would like to visit the various wildlife sanctuaries during my free time.”

S.Yuvaraj, who is an additional director, reported that,” till now 17 persons including Karthi have adopted animals in the zoo”.

TamilNadu Tourism Development Corporation has adopted three white cubs by offering Rs3.8lakh.Velammal School has also adopted a tiger and an Indian Gaur by paying Rs3.5lakh.

Karthi's 'Siruthai' shooting in Badami Hills

Kollywood young actor Karthi is busy with his next movie ‘Siruthai’.Siruthai is a remake of Telugu blockbuster ‘Vikramakudu’.

Currently, the movie’s climax involving breathtaking sequences were shot at Karnataka’s most famous Badami Hills at Bagalkot District. Art director Rajeevan had erected the best set works at 300ft hilltop. Both Karthi and Tamanah had to experience whole lot of speculative shots.

The film’s shoot took place at Gingee Fort in Arcot District. Both Karthi and Tamanah shot their portions and the crowd went irresistibly excited watching Karthi in police costumes. Even the police patrols felt more difficult to handle the situation.

Siruthai filmmaker Siva and producers are planning to wrap up the shooting by November.

Suriya is busy with hand full of projects : Karthi

Tamil upcoming superstar Karthi is busy with his next project Siruthai. In the movie Karthi is doing a dual role, One that of is police inspector and the other is tramp. Karthi shared his experience on working is Siruthai in recent interview and said that the switching between inspector and the tramp is time-consuming and emotionally challenging.

When asked about when he would be seen sharing screen with his elder brother Suriya, Karthi replied, “It may not happen for next two years as Suriya is busy with hand full of projects”.
